Deep Fantasies Inc. – Terms of Service
(Updated November 2025)
1. Production Timelines & Pre-Order Policy
All Deep Fantasies custom orders are pre-orders. Our production timelines are open-ended, as every item is handcrafted. Once we reach our minimum-item batch total, custom ordering will temporarily close so we can process all active orders before reopening.
Please note: Shipping speed does not affect production speed. Selecting faster shipping does not expedite the creation of your order.

1.1 Artisan Workflow & Studio Pace
Deep Fantasies is a small, part-time artisan studio. To protect the quality of our work and the wellbeing of our team, we operate under a workflow designed to:

Allow our artisan processes to shine without rushing

Maintain a sustainable pace for our part-time team

Preserve the joy and creativity that define our products
This workflow ensures we can continue offering high-quality, intentionally crafted pieces without compromising the handmade nature of our work or overtaxing our makers.
1.2 Order Processing

Orders are processed first-come, first-served.

Orders may not be modified once submitted. Please review all details carefully before checkout.
2. Refunds, Cancellations & Final-Sale Items
2.1 24-Hour Cancellation Window
Refunds or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase (except for the Final-sale items listed in 2.2), unless the order has already been produced or processed before the request is received.
After this period, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2.2 Final-Sale Products
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned:

Flops / Frankenpours

Subscription products

Swag items (produced by a print-on-demand service)

E-gift cards

Body products
3. Order Issues, Defects & Returns
3.1 Reporting Issues
If your order arrives with a significant flaw or defect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photo evidence.
Accepted returns or refunds are at Deep Fantasies’ discretion and only for unopened items still sealed in their original clear-front poly bag.
3.2 Defective or Unsafe Items
If an item is deemed unsafe or unusable due to a defect:

You may be asked to return the item or provide destruction proof.

Once confirmed, a full refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.
3.3 Buyer’s Remorse / Not as Envisioned
Deep Fantasies no longer accepts returns or refunds due to buyer’s remorse or personal dissatisfaction with colour, feel, size, or aesthetic differences.
Returns or refunds will only be considered in cases of unsafe defective items (see 3.2).
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY OPENED ITEM.
4. Product Care, Variations & Artisan Nature
4.1 Care Guidelines
Care instructions are listed on our website.
Deep Fantasies is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper care.
4.2 Handmade Variations
Handmade silicone products may feature natural cosmetic variations, including:

Small indents, scuffs, or surface texture irregularities

Silicone tags or mold-related marks
-
Hand-trimmed seams or slight flashing
-
Pigment speckles, swirls, or aesthetic variances
These are normal artifacts of artisan production and not considered defects.
Product photos may differ due to lighting, screen variation, and the unique nature of each handmade piece.
4.3 Pour & Colour Choices
Customers are responsible for selecting colours, pour styles, and all relevant design notes.
If instructions are unclear or incomplete, our team will interpret the request to the best of our ability.
4.4 Squirt Tubes
Some products include a squirt tube that may not be permanently bonded. Use with care to avoid dislodging the tube.
If removed, reinsertion may not be possible.
4.5 Production Environment
Products are created and packaged in a dedicated workspace within a smoke-free, pet-friendly home.
While we perform multiple inspections, our environment is not sterile and rare trace debris may occur.Please wash your items before and after each use.
5. Shipping, Customs, Duties & Lost Packages
5.1 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Taxes and duties

Tariffs and import charges
International Customers
Failure to pay required taxes or duties may result in your package being returned, held, or seized by your country’s customs agency.
5.2 Returned Packages
Orders returned due to:

Incorrect address
-
Unclaimed/undelivered package
-
Unpaid duties or import fees
…require the customer to pay new shipping fees for reshipment.
If the customer declines reshipment, no refund will be issued for items or shipping costs.
We will attempt to contact you and provide a reasonable response window.
5.3 Lost Packages
Shipping issues are outside our control.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for lost, delayed, or misrouted packages.Deep Fantasies cannot offer cancellations or refunds for lost packages.
If your service includes insurance, the carrier determines eligibility for reimbursement.
Shipping costs for returned packages are non-refundable.
5.4 No Local Pickup
For privacy and safety reasons, local pickup is not offered.
6. Safety & Use
Deep Fantasies products are novelty items. We are not responsible for:

Discomfort or injury

Misuse of products

Any medical concerns related to use
We do not provide medical advice.
Please use products responsibly and within your personal comfort and ability.If you are unsure how to safely use these products, do not purchase from Deep Fantasies Inc.
7. Conduct & Service Refusal
Deep Fantasies reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service at any time.
Harassment, discrimination, bigotry, or disrespectful behavior toward our team will not be tolerated.
