Deep Fantasies – Production, Refund & Return Policies (Updated November 2025)
Production Timelines & Pre-Order Policy
All Deep Fantasies custom orders are pre-orders. Our custom production timelines are open-ended, as each item is handcrafted. Once we reach our minimum-item batch total, we will close customs in order to process all active orders.
Our Workflow & Artisan Production Approach
Deep Fantasies is a small, part-time artisan studio. To preserve the quality of our craft and ensure each piece receives the attention it deserves, we have implemented a new workflow designed to:

This approach allows us to continue crafting the high-quality pieces our customers love, without overtaxing our team or sacrificing the artistry behind each item.
Refunds & Cancellations
Deep Fantasies offers refunds or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase (excluding final sale items), unless your order has already been made or processed before the request is received.
After 24 hours, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Order Issues, Damages & Defects
If your order arrives with a significant flaw or defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Accepted returns/refunds are at Deep Fantasies’ discretion and are only available for unopened items sealed in their original clear poly bag.
If Deep Fantasies deems the product to be unsafe or unusable due to a defect:

You may be asked to destroy or return the item with proof.

Once returned or destroyed, we may choose to offer a full refund or replacement.
Deep Fantasies will no longer accept returns on items due to 'buyer's remorse'. Please be certain of your purchase prior to placing your order. The ONLY time we will consider returns or refunds will be in the case of unsafe defective items, at our discretion.
Care & Product Variations
Care instructions are included with your product. Deep Fantasies is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or misuse.
Dimensions listed on product pages are approximate and may vary slightly due to handmade production methods.
Shipping, Duties & Lost Packages
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and tariffs.
International Customers
Taxes & duties may be collected by your country upon delivery, or prior to shipment.
Failure to pay may result in your package being returned or confiscated by customs.
Returned Packages (Unclaimed / Wrong Address)
If your order is returned due to:

incorrect address

failure to pick up / unclaimed

unpaid duties
…the customer is responsible for new shipping fees to resend the package.
If the customer chooses not to pay for reshipment, no refund will be provided on items or shipping costs.
Lost Packages
Shipping and handling issues are outside of our control.
Customers must contact the shipping provider directly.
We cannot issue cancellations or refunds for lost packages.
Refunds—if insured—are determined solely by the shipping carrier.
We do not refund shipping costs for returned packages.
Please note, Deep Fantasies is not a shipping company or courier, we do not handle your delivery once it leaves our studio. We only ever know as much information as you do, in terms of shipment tracking.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged at any time. These are all FINAL SALE:

Refund Processing
If we accept a returned item; once your return is received by us and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the posting process.
