  • Deep Fantasies Inc. – Shipping Policy

    1. General Shipping Information

    Deep Fantasies ships all orders in plain, unmarked brown boxes for privacy.
    Our shop name does not appear anywhere on the exterior of your package.
    The return address name will appear as “DF Inc.”

    All orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout.
    We do not manually retype or alter addresses — for accuracy, all information is copied and pasted exactly as entered by the customer.

    If you entered an incorrect address, you must contact us as soon as possible.
    We cannot make any address changes once your order has been handed off to the carrier.


    2. Customs Declarations & Package Descriptions

    By law, international shipments must include a detailed customs description.

    • For most countries, we declare items as: “Silicone Sculpture”

    • For customers in the European Union, EU law requires more specific descriptions. Packages will state:
      “Non Mechanical Silicone Sex Toy”

    We cannot misrepresent or alter customs descriptions, declared values, weights, or contents under any circumstances.


    3. Customs Fees, Duties & Tariffs

    Customers are responsible for all:

    • Customs fees

    • Import taxes

    • Duties

    • Tariffs

    • Clearance charges

    These are determined solely by your country’s regulations.

    3.1 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

    Due to newly implemented U.S. tariffs:

    • You may incur customs fees on your purchase.

    • These fees are 35% of your order, and must be paid at time of purchase.

    • You are responsible for paying all fees.

    If you choose not to pay these required fees:

    • Your package may be held, returned, or destroyed by U.S. customs.

    • Deep Fantasies will not issue a refund for unclaimed or confiscated orders.

    • Purchasing from us means you accept this risk.

    Unfortunately, these tariffs and regulations are outside our control, and we are not responsible for additional costs or consequences.


    4. International Customers

    If your country requires taxes or duties upon delivery:

    • These must be paid by you at time of delivery or pickup.

    • Failure to pay will likely result in your package being returned or confiscated by customs.

    • No refund will be issued for items or shipping if your package is denied or seized due to unpaid fees.

    We cannot influence customs decisions or control clearance timelines.


    5. Regulated Countries

    If you are ordering from a country where silicone products or adult novelty items are restricted or prohibited:

    • Your package may be refused, returned, or destroyed by customs.

    • Deep Fantasies is not responsible for any consequences or additional fees.

    • No refunds will be issued for confiscated or rejected shipments.

    Please ensure you are aware of your country’s import laws before purchasing.


    6. Swag & Third-Party Fulfillment

    Some products—such as swag, apparel, or print-on-demand items—are shipped directly from our third-party production partners.

    For these items:

    • Packaging is handled by the printer (not DF Inc.)

    • Shipping timelines, customs declarations, and carrier methods may differ

    • We cannot adjust addresses after purchase

    • We cannot control packaging materials or labeling procedures

    Please ensure your shipping information is correct before checkout.


    7. Returned Packages

    If a package is returned due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Failure to pick up / unclaimed delivery

    • Unpaid customs fees or duties

    …the customer is responsible for all reshipment fees.

    If you choose not to pay to have the item resent:

    • No refund will be issued for the item or the original shipping cost.

    We will attempt to notify you and provide a reasonable response window.


    8. Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

    Delivery is considered complete once Deep Fantasies places your order into the possession of a carrier such as:

    • Canada Post

    • USPS

    • DHL

    • UPS

    • FedEx

    • or any other contracted shipping service

    Once your package leaves our studio:

    • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages

    • The shipping carrier assumes full responsibility

    • Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery concerns

    Deep Fantasies only has access to the same tracking information you receive.

    We do not provide refunds for lost mail, stolen packages, or carrier errors. If your shipping rate includes carrier insurance, the carrier will provide us with the coverage to remake and reship your item. At no time will we refund your purchase, but will replace items as we are able.
